Sita Symonette, LAc is in network with the following insurance companies:

BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence), Kaiser Permanente, Complementary Healthcare Plans (CHP), Providence, Aetna, American Speciality Health, Health Net, MODA, CIGNA, Auto Accident/ PIP Insurance (Motor Vehicle Accident insurance) and can accept United Healthcare if patient has out of network coverage.

*Please note that other insurances not listed are also accepted if patient has out of network benefits.

Judy DeHoogh, LAc is currently In Network with the following insurance companies:

United Healthcare, BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Providence, Aetna, American Speciality Health, Health Net, Cigna and Auto Accident/ PIP insurance for patients who have been in Motor Vehicle Accidents. Judy will be in network with OHP insurance companies soon at Black Pearl Acupuncture. Judy is not currently accepting new patients with: Complementary Health Program (CHP), Kaiser Permanente insurance. We will let you know when this changes.
